Postponement of payment during the corona crisis

The corona crisis affects us all. We would like to offer our clients a little help in this difficult time.

Are you unable to pay your water authority tax or drinking water invoice in time due to the corona crisis? Please call us as soon as possible to request postponement of payment or a payment plan. We will look at each individual case and bill to see how we can best help you. If you are awarded postponement of payment, this will at least be until 31 August 2020.

Keep the following information at hand:

  • Your account number or invoice number (drinking water bill)
  • Your social security number ('burgerservicenummer' or BSN), subject number, or invoice number (water board tax)

Have you been awarded postponement of payment for a bill? And do you then receive another bill from us that you are unable to pay? Please call us again to request another postponement.
