Did you submit an incorrect meter reading? No problem. Submit the correct meter reading to our customer service department within one month. We will then settle your annual tap water statement.

Is it longer than 1 month ago? Then you do not have to do anything. If you submit the correct meter reading on time next year, you will never pay too much.
