De-register an address

Would you like to de-register an address? This only takes a few minutes of your time. This form is not yet available in English.

  • You're moving to an address where we do not supply tap water.
  • You're moving in with someone who is already our customer.
  • You previously registered multiple addresses and you would like to de-register one of them.

Register additional address

Sometimes, you'll need tap water on multiple addresses. For example, when you're moving. Registering an additional address only takes a few minutes. It works like this:

  • You start with 'Verhuizing doorgeven'. Please enter your personal details.
  • Choose the option 'Ik wil geen adres afmelden, maar een extra adres aanmelden'.
  • Enter the details of the additional address.
