File a complaint through the mail

You can file a complaint through the mail. Be sure to include all the relevant information in your letter. This will enable us to handle your complaint swiftly.

Please include the following information in your letter:

  • name
  • address, postal code, city
  • phone number
  • account number (only for tap water)
  • description of your complaint
  • city, date and signature
