You can pay your tap water bill and water authority tax in instalments via direct debit.
Tap water
You can choose to pay your tap water bill per month or every 3 months with direct debit. You can arrange this by setting up a direct debit.
If you want to pay per month:
- You can arrange it in 2 minutes on My Waternet
- Log in with your email address and password

If you want to pay per 3 months:

Water authority tax
You can choose to pay your water authority tax in 8 instalments with direct debit. It will be deducted from your bank account around the 28th day of each month.
