On which date are direct debit payments taken from my bank account?
The direct debit payment of your tap water is around 2 weeks after the date stated on your tap water bill.
Do you pay via direct debit? You can find your next direct debit payment date on your account summary. 2 weeks after the date stated on your bill we will collect the amount from your bank account. For business customers, we will collect the amount after 30 days.
Please note: Did you just switch to direct debit? Please pay any outstanding payments manually. The payment of your new bills will be automatically deducted from your bank account.
