If you cannot submit your meter reading on time, we will estimate your annual bill. We will estimate your water use based on your previous usage. Your annual bill will be based on this estimate.
Does our estimate differ more than 25 m³ from your actual meter reading? Please provide our customer service team with your actual water reading. Then you will receive a corrected annual bill. This is called a correction invoice.
