On which date are direct debit payments taken from my bank account?
The direct debit payment of your tap water is around 2 weeks after the date stated on your tap water bill. Water authority tax is collected around the 28th day of the month.
Do you pay via direct debit? You can find your next direct debit payment date on your account summary. 2 weeks after the date stated on your bill we will collect the amount from your bank account. For business customers, we will collect the amount after 30 days.
Please note: Did you just switch to direct debit? Please pay any outstanding payments manually. The payment of your new bills will be automatically deducted from your bank account.
