You Have Reported a Death

We have received your information. You have notified us that someone has passed away and you wish to cancel the drinking water contract at their address. You will receive a response within five business days. You will also shortly receive a final invoice for the deceased person's address. This will state whether you will receive a refund or will be required to pay an additional amount. The final invoice will be sent by post to the address you have indicated.
