I cannot deregister, as the new inhabitants have already registered. What do I need to do?

Have the new tenants/owners already registered for tap water? Then we will automatically deregister you as a tap water customer at that address. You will soon receive a final tap water bill. This bill will be sent to your old address (as your new address is not known to us).

We will draw up your final tap water bill based on the initial meter reading of the new tenants/owners.

Is Waternet the tap water supplier at your new address? Please do not forget to register your new address.
