How is my final tap water bill determined?
Are you moving? Do you have a water meter? Please tell us you are moving and submit your last meter reading. You will receive a final tap water 6 weeks after you have informed us of your move.
Your tap water bill is an advance payment. Your advance payment is estimated and based on your previous water consumption. Therefore, your advance payment may be higher or lower than your actual water consumption. Please submit your last water meter reading when you are moving. This way we will know exactly how much water you have consumed prior to your move.
