Change your bank account number
You can change your bank account number via My Waternet. You should do this separately for tap water and water authority taxes.
Are you our customer for tap water and do you also receive your water authority tax assesments from Waternet? Then you should change your bank account number twice: once via My Tap Water and once via My Taxes.
Update your bank account number
Please go to My Waternet and log in at My Tap Water, My Taxes or both. Then change your bank account number under the tap Payment Options.
- For tap water, you will need your email address and password. If you cannot login, you can request a new password. Problems logging in? Call our customer service via 0900 9394.
- For water authority tax, use your DigiD to log in.
Foreign bank account?
My Tap Water and My Taxes both accept foreign IBAN numbers.
