Late payment of tap water bill
Is your tap water bill overdue? Of course, that can happen to anyone. Find out what you should do to prevent extra charges.
Tip: you also have the option to pay the instalments via Direct Debit. You can change your payment preference via My Tap Water. The amount will then automatically be deducted from your bank account. This way, your payments are always made on time.
Is your tap water bill overdue? Then you will receive a payment reminder. No additional charges will apply. Please pay the payment reminder within 14 days.
Second payment reminder
Have you also missed the first payment reminder? Then you will receive a second payment reminder.
Please pay the second payment reminder within 14 days. Including the late fee of 10 euros.
Have you also missed the second payment reminder? Within 14 days we will pass the bill on to a collection agency.
The collection charges depend on the amount of the outstanding bill. The charges are 15% over the total amount due (minimum amount of 40 euros). You can find them in the table below.
